1. Eligibility

• Renters must hold a valid driving licence covering the class of vehicle being rented
• A valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, passport or voter ID) must be presented at the time of booking
• Vehicles will only be handed over to the person named on the booking

2. Booking & Duration

Rentals are available on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly plans. The rental period begins at the confirmed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may attract additional charges.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of booking, as agreed at pickup. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected on return, less any applicable deductions for damage, fuel, or outstanding charges.

4. Renter Responsibilities

• Ride safely and follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Do not lend the rented vehicle to any third party
• Return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, ordinary wear excepted
• Report any accident, breakdown, theft or damage to Velan Enterprises immediately

5. Fuel

Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle is provided with a stated fuel level and should be returned with a similar level, or a fuel charge may apply.

6. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear, as well as any fines or penalties incurred while the vehicle was in their possession.

8. Changes to These Terms

Velan Enterprises may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
